Developing Players. Strengthening Clubs. Creating Opportunities.

Developing Players. Strengthening Clubs. Creating Opportunities. Developing Players. Strengthening Clubs. Creating Opportunities. Developing Players. Strengthening Clubs. Creating Opportunities.

Developing players, supporting coaches and helping football clubs achieve sustainable success on and off the field.

WELCOME TO JLFP (formerly known as JBFC)

Since 2021, we have supported ambitious footballers from across Australia in pursuing opportunities at professional and semi-professional clubs around the world.

Today, JL Football Group builds on that foundation by combining player development, coaching expertise, international football pathways and football club advisory services under a single vision: helping individuals and organisations achieve sustainable success both on and off the field.

Through JLFP and our international network of partner clubs, licensed recruitment partners and football professionals, we provide aspiring players with access to genuine development opportunities across the UK, Europe, the UAE, Asia and Australasia. These opportunities range from structured Professional Development Pathway programmes and showcase events through to merit-based trials, with progression determined by performance, commitment and readiness.

Our approach is transparent, honest and built on long-term development. Some opportunities require player investment at entry level, but all advancement is earned. Expectations, standards and pathways are clearly communicated from the outset.

Beyond player development, JL Football Group works with coaches, football clubs and sporting organisations to strengthen performance, governance, operations and long-term sustainability. Drawing on extensive experience across football, executive leadership, governance and business transformation, we help clubs develop stronger foundations to support success both on and off the field.

To date, we have supported more than 30 players in securing opportunities across multiple countries, including professional and semi-professional debuts, professional contracts and international representation at both World and European level.

The pathway is proven. The standards are clear. The opportunities are real.
